The goodwill near my house never has any good vacuums. Never any vintage or exiting ones. Electrical mechanical items that do not work. However anything contagious i would think would be long dead.

And dorm rooms can get pretty bad. I would be willing to buy a used vaccuum from someone i know but not sure if i would buy one from goodwill.
