Does pedialyte have less sugar than gatorade.
Pink salt has many minerals and it s all natural.
So does pedialyte actually work to help treat a hangover.
The newer lines of gatorade have been made with more sodium and less calories to help improve their place in the market.
While pedialyte can do a good job of restoring lost fluids and electrolytes in athletes it is still widely thought of as a drink that will not measure up with gatorade when trying to get the body ready for peak performance.
We don t know if either gatorade or pedialyte is better than plain old water.
Not really sure how natural it is but it does have less sugar than sports drink and better than pedialyte.

In conclusion while gatorade may be great for rehydrating you when you are running marathons during a daily 60 minute workout it is best to refuel your body with water.
Moreover pedialyte does not contain sucrose uses the synthetic acesulfame potassium and sweeteners sucralose because this type of sugar has the potential to make diarrhea worse hence increasing the risk of dehydration.
Pedialyte has lots of sodium and potassium but less calories and less sugar than gatorade.
In a pinch pedialyte would work better than water for athletes fighting dehydration but athlete formulated sports drinks such as gatorade may better address the specific needs of athletes long term.
The calorie conscious may wish to reach for pedialyte as it contains fewer calories than gatorade.
We do know that.
