Imo supporting bhelen as a dwarf noble is very unrealistic and can only be achieved with very high doses of metagaming. In the epilogue for harrowmont it says that revolts and stuff continued and that dwarves became even more isolationist against the surface and that they cut off all trade to it and that he died not too long later and another massive throne battle started in which bhelen probably became king inevitably anyway.

Unless your dwarf is ruthless to the point of supporting the guy who killed their brother and their father cuz they somehow believe bhelen will be a stupendously better king. Regardless bhelen and the king will arrive as the dwarf noble stands over trian s corpse giving the appearance that the noble just murdered him. With the exception of dwarf noble i usually pick bhelen for purely pragmatic reasons. Bhelen is the worst morally but a much better leader.
